The BBA evaluates criteria such as economic success, uniqueness, importance of employees, innovative strength, communication, sustainability and social responsibility. First, each company fills out a comprehensive questionnaire. A first round of evaluation is followed by a jury visit on site.
After receiving an award in the first category (companies with up to 30 employees) in 2016, in which POMBERGER Goisern was awarded second place, the company applied again in 2017 in the second category (companies with between 31 and 100 employees). Thanks to noticeable progress and improvements over the previous year, POMBERGER Goisern was awarded first place in the second category.
2021 was now followed by another first place in the second category, which clearly shows that the company’s path is the right one.
