The special thing about the OPTICON Award is that the winners are chosen directly by the opticians in the purchasing group. This is why the award is one of the most popular prizes in the field of optometry every year and is a unique selling point. Of course, it is all the more praise when you know that customers appreciate you so much and have you honoured. The display case with the coveted awards has now been filled for the 8th time.
POMBERGER Goisern was already able to claim an award as the best frame supplier in 2014 and repeated this in 2021, 2022 and again this year. Our two customer advisors were also honoured. Aleksej Moritz was voted Opticon Hero, the best customer advisor, in 2021. Manfred Ferstl received this prestigious award in 2019, 2022 and again this year. We are incredibly proud, because this shows that we do our job really well and that every single member of our team helps to satisfy our customers’ wishes.
