in order to secure the future of our family business, POMBERGER Goisern GmbH has been restructured to become PGG GmbH as the parent company as of 1 October 2022. The resulting subsidiary POMBERGER Goisern GmbH (New) will act as the operating company and will continue to be responsible for the production of spectacle frames as well as their trade.
